This type of compressor can adopt two control modes: start-stop or speed-regulating operation.
Users can use potentiometer to control the speed of the compressor.
With 4 types of protections, we can use the compressor in system safe.
◆1st one is Over-voltage protection: when it is over-voltage, it will stop immediately, after voltage recovery, it will delay 30s to restart.
◆2nd one is Under-voltage protection: when it is under-voltage, it will stop immediately, after voltage recovery, it will delay 15s to restart.
◆3rd one is Overload protection: when the running current reaches the protection, the protection time is 5s. After the overload protection stops, it will delay 30s to restart.
◆4th one is Overheat protection: Temperature protection is provided inside the controller. When the temperature of the circuit board is higher than the set value, it will stop immediately. After recovery, it will delay 30s to restart.

REMOVING PROCEDURE:
- Remove shaft nut or retaining ring using the Universal Clutch Holding Tool.
- Thread removing tool onto hub. Make sure position center screw against the end of compressorshaft.
- Hold body of remover with wrench and turn center screw into remover body to removeclutch hub assembly.
INSTALLING PROCEDURE:
- Ensure frictional surface of clutch plate and rotor is clean.
- Align shaft key with shaft keyway and place clutch plate and hub assembly oncompressor shaft. (Do not drive or pound on clutch hub or shaft, as this may causeinternal damage to compressor.)
- Attach installing tool onto compressor shaft.(Body of installing tool should be backed off sufficiently to allow center screw tobe threaded fully onto end of compressor shaft.)
- Hold center screw with wrench and tighten hex portion of installer to press hub ontoshaft.
- Tighten body several turns until the air gap between the friction surfaces is .020 – .030”
- Remove installer and check for proper positioning of shaft key.
- Install shaft nut or retaining ring. (Refer to manufacturer specification for correcttorque).
- Spin pulley by hand to check for free operation.

Let me introduce our manifold gauge to you. We will need this product in our daily refrigerant filling work. The application is for R134a from 600 psi to 3000 psi, we also offer 3 refrigerant filling hoses with 1.5m length, 1 pair of adjustable high and low pressure R134a couplers, 1/4″SAE can tap valve, valve core remover, all of them are packed in plastic box. Let’s take a look at them one by one.
The manifold can be customized to other styles, for other refrigerants such as R12 R404…
Here are 3 hoses in this box, the colors are red yellow and blue. All come with copper connector, which makes it a strong corrosion resistance.
This is the can tap valve, it is made of alloy material, you can use it to open the refrigerant can.
Here is one pair of high and low pressure quick couplers for R134a. The blue is a low-pressure speed-adjusting coupler, the red is a high-pressure speed-adjusting coupler, and they are all made of alloy material too.
Let’s see the steps of filling the refrigerant from the low pressure end:
- First connect the manifold pressure gauge with the compressor and refrigerant cylinder
- Open the refrigerant cylinder, loosen the nut of the injection hose on the manifold pressure gauge until you hear the sound of refrigerant gas flowing, then tighten the nut to discharge the air in the injection hose.
- Open the low-pressure valve to let the refrigerant enter the system. When the system pressure reaches 0.4MPa, close the low-pressure valve.
- Start the engine, turn on the air conditioner switch, and adjust both the blowerswitch and the temperature control switch to maximum.
- Open the valve on the pressure gauge of the manifold and let the refrigerant continue to enter the refrigeration system until the filling amount reaches the specified value.
- After adding the specified amount of refrigerant to the system, observe from the sight glass, if there is no air bubbles or excessive refrigerant, then adjust the engine speed to 2000 rpm, and the blower to the highest level. Finally check if the low pressure and the high pressure are normal.
Attention: After the refrigerant is charged, close the low pressure valve on the manifold pressure gauge, close the injection valve on the refrigerant cylinder, stop the car engine, and remove the manifold pressure gauge from the compressor. This action should be rapid to avoid leakage of refrigerant.

The role of car air-conditioning blower and air-conditioning system: the difference between car blower and air-conditioning
Turn on the blower (air switch of the air conditioner), if the temperature is the lowest temperature, then:
The temperature of the natural wind outside the car is the temperature of the external circulation, but it will be slightly higher because the air inlet of the external circulation of the air conditioner is basically between the lower edge of the front windshield and the engine compartment, which will bring the temperature into the engine room;
If it is an internal cycle, the temperature inside the car will be blown out.
If the temperature is selected to be higher, the engine’s cooling water heat passes through the evaporator (small water tank radiator) in the air conditioning system, and the temperature of the wind is adjusted by the hot air through the opening angle of the partition with the natural wind;
Turn on the air conditioner (A/C) switch. If it is an automatic air conditioner, the blower will automatically start the air supply; if it is manually switched on, the air conditioner compressor will usually start to work after the blower is turned on.
